·Compliance System Development
1. Research the labor laws of the target country, develop employment contracts, remuneration and benefits, performance evaluation systems, etc., to ensure compliance with local laws and the parent company's policies.
2. Design management plans for expatriate and local staff, including visa applications, salary subsidies, cultural adaptation training, etc., to reduce cross - border employment risks.
·Talent Recruitment and Retention
1. Develop localized recruitment strategies, attract technical and management talents through social recruitment and professional headhunting channels, with a focus on filling the shortage of positions in the engineering machinery field.
2. Establish an employee relations management mechanism to handle labor - management disputes and collective bargaining, and maintain harmonious employment relations.
·Organization and Culture Building
1. Promote the parent company's culture to overseas locations, design cross - cultural training programs, and enhance the collaboration efficiency of Chinese and foreign teams.
·Compensation and Benefits Management
Design a competitive compensation system, including basic salary, performance bonuses, long - term incentives, etc., to balance cost control and market bench marking.
Connect with local insurance institutions to establish medical, pension, and other welfare protections, and handle tax declarations and social security payments.
【Requirements】
·Experience: More than 5 years of overseas HR experience, with familiarity in the target country's labor laws. Preference will be given to those holding international HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP).
·Expertise: Proficient in payroll calculation, tax compliance, and supplier management. Possess the ability to design compensation packages and conduct workforce cost analysis.
·Language Skills: Fluent in English (with no barriers in business communication). Preference will be given to those who can speak the local language.
·Cultural Competence: Experience in managing multicultural teams, with an understanding of the differences between Chinese and Western management styles, and the ability to effectively coordinate the needs of headquarters and overseas branches.
·Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the talent characteristics of the engineering machinery industry and the human resource requirements for business segments such as equipment manufacturing and after - sales service.
·Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions: Preference will be given to those with experience in building HR systems for overseas mergers and acquisitions or new company setups.
