【Details】

·Deliver ESL, Foundation English, and IELTS preparation courses tailored to student needs. 

·Design differentiated lesson plans focusing on academic English, exam strategies, and critical thinking. 

·Prepare students for external exams such as IELTS with structured and results-driven teaching. 

·Analyze student data and provide timely feedback and individual support. 

·Collaborate with ESL and homeroom teachers to ensure academic consistency. 

·Participate in curriculum development and school events related to language learning. 

 

【Requirements】

·Native English speaker with IELTS teaching experience.

·Bachelor’s degree or above in TESOL, English, Linguistics, or related field. 

·Minimum 2 years of ESL or IELTS teaching experience. 

·Familiarity with IELTS scoring system and exam techniques. 

·Able to motivate students and guide them toward their target band scores. 

·Professional, responsible, and a team player. 

·Give priority to teachers who are already in China.
